Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
United Kingdom Building ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other contact details you voluntarily provide through forms on our website.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.
- Analytics identifiers: A random identifier stored in your browser, plus the pages you view, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags on the link you followed. See "Analytics and your choices" below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website and services
- Respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests
- Send you newsletters, marketing communications, and updates (with your consent)
- Improve our website, products, and services
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
Analytics and your choices
This website is built and operated on our behalf by Creo AI (getcreo.ai), and uses Creo's first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use these analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Creo's own analytics do not use cookies. They store a small number of values in your browser's local storage: a random visitor identifier, a session identifier, and, if you arrived from an email we sent you, a token identifying that link. Together with each page view we record the page address, the referring site, any campaign tags on the link you followed, your browser and device type, and your IP address, which is transmitted to and processed by Creo AI as our service provider.
If you submit a form on this site, the contact details you provide are associated with the earlier browsing recorded under that visitor identifier.
You can decline. The privacy notice shown on your first visit lets you decline analytics; declining stops the collection and removes the identifiers already stored in your browser. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically: if your browser or extension sends it, no identifier is created and nothing is collected, and you will not be asked. You can clear the stored values at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our website, conduct our business, or serve you. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Third-party services may include:
- Creo AI (getcreo.ai): website hosting, analytics, and customer communication
- Google reCAPTCHA: loaded on the Contact Us page to help protect the form from spam. When that page loads, Google may set cookies and receive information about your device and your visit, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Email delivery providers
- Payment processors (if applicable)
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to opt out of marketing communications
- The right to data portability
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
- The right to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. To opt out of analytics specifically, use the Decline option in the privacy notice, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor it automatically.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
